Shipment of orders is usually within 3 working days of order.

We ship to the UK. Please contact us if you require International shipment quotes.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return an item in a sealed, unused, resaleable condition within 14days. All returns of this nature are at the cost of the customer. Refunds are at the discretion of K9 Organics to decide upon the condition of any returns if they are deemed used or unsealed.
